Choosing a new physician is an important decision. Below are answers to the questions we hear most often. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, we’re always happy to help.
Membership & Concierge Care
What is concierge medicine?
Concierge medicine is a personalized approach to primary care that allows physicians to care for fewer patients. This creates more time, better access, and a stronger relationship between you and your physician.
Do I still need health insurance?
Yes.
Most patients maintain traditional health insurance for hospital care, specialists, imaging, and prescription medications while relying on Osborn Concierge Clinic for personalized primary care.
What does membership include?
Membership provides direct physician access, longer appointments, comprehensive wellness visits, preventive care, and a personalized approach to managing your health over time.
Appointments & Access
How quickly can I be seen?
Whenever possible, concierge patients enjoy same-day or next-day appointments for urgent healthcare needs.
Can I contact my physician directly?
Yes.
One of the benefits of concierge care is enhanced communication with your healthcare team for questions and urgent concerns.
Personalized Care
Do you coordinate care with specialists?
Absolutely.
When specialty care is needed, your physician works alongside your specialists to help ensure your care remains coordinated and connected.
Are additional wellness options available?
Yes.
As part of your personalized care plan, your physician may recommend options such as medical weight management, hormone optimization, IV therapy, or exosome services when clinically appropriate.
Are exosome products FDA approved?
No.
Exosome products have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
When appropriate, exosome services are coordinated through licensed healthcare providers and administered by qualified professionals.
